THE CARTOGRAPHER’S CREATION MAP PRINT
Imagery and storytelling are two cornerstones of how I write music, and last year the exceptional illustrator Hugo Seriese created something that captures that beautifully: an exquisitely detailed musical map featuring 22 of my pieces, all living together in the same world.
It felt like the perfect companion to this single, and a lovely way to offer a glimpse into a selection of my most image and story based music spanning the last twenty years.
There’s also a fully interactive online version in the works, which will be released on the 27th… it will feature the ability to zoom and click on elements to watch videos and learn more about the stories behind the pieces.
As part of this collection you’ll get a really rather beautiful 297mm x 357mm print of the map delivered to your door. * Frame / fixings not included. A portion of profits go to Hugo for his amazing work!

It wouldn’t be a Collector’s Edition without a signed score booklet now, would it? This is the full transcription, presented in a booklet with performance notes. Those will give you an insight into how the music fits around the story. Again, these will only be available as part of this collection.

When Do YOU Get It?
Physical Elements: this includes the vinyl, map print and printed score booklet. The various publishing companies will be notified to create your orders as soon as orders close on Monday 23rd March. Shipping will commence once I receive all the physical elements. The longest lead time tends to be the vinyl which will be ~1 month but I will keep you informed.
Digital Elements: this includes all the high-quality audio files (The Cartographer single + 22 tracks featured on the map) along with PDF of the score booklet and map. These will arrive with you on the release date: Friday 27th March. So you’ll have plenty to keep you entertained as you await the vinyl, poster and score booklet to drop through your door!
